Shipping

This piece is made to order and handcrafted upon order confirmation.

Once your payment has been successfully received and verified, production will begin. Please allow approximately 1 week for your piece to be carefully handcrafted before shipment.

Orders are shipped from Venezuela via DHL. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on your destination, local delivery conditions, and customs procedures.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our small-scale, handcrafted production, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exchanges are available only for full-priced items, and exclusively in cases of production defects or size exchanges. Requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, free of perfume or odors, and returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure online checkout.

We also accept Zelle for both national and international orders.

For customers located in Caracas, Venezuela, we additionally offer cash payments for Store Pick-Up and selected local delivery orders.

All transactions are securely processed through trusted and certified payment providers.

Please note that orders paid via Zelle or cash are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and verified by our team.
